By accessing and using TrailBarns ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Platform.

2. Description of Service

TrailBarns is an online marketplace that connects riders with verified hosts offering horse trail riding experiences. We provide a platform for users to discover, book, and review trail rides, and for hosts to list and manage their trail ride offerings.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are made directly between riders and hosts. Cancellation policies are set by individual hosts and displayed at the time of booking. TrailBarns is not responsible for cancellations or disputes between riders and hosts, but we provide a platform for resolution.

5. Host Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their rides
• Maintaining safe and well-trained horses
• Honoring confirmed bookings
• Complying with local laws and regulations
• Obtaining necessary insurance and permits

6. Rider Responsibilities

Riders are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when booking
• Arriving on time for scheduled rides
• Following safety instructions provided by hosts
• Respecting horses and trail etiquette
• Payment of booking fees as agreed

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. TrailBarns charges a service fee that is clearly displayed before booking. Refunds are subject to the host's cancellation policy.

8. Liability and Waiver

Horseback riding involves inherent risks. By using TrailBarns, you acknowledge these risks and agree that TrailBarns, its employees, and partners are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in trail rides booked through our Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on TrailBarns, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of TrailBarns or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the Platform's security features

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
